Design thinking called HCD / UCD

As a concrete manufacturing methodology by UX design, there is the idea of human centered design (HCD) or user centered design (UCD).
The HCD / UCD, that the "user is also going to involve actively in the design of the process",

Case 1

Mobile app design for credit card users

On behalf of overseas company D, we conducted user interviews on smartphone apps of major card companies in Japan, analyzed and considered the results, and made proposals for new businesses.

Case 2

In-store customer flow line analysis service design using security cameras

We designed an "in-store customer flow line analysis service" that analyzes videos from security cameras using AI (video analysis / Re-ID technology).

We created a service function requirement definition and usage scenario from user hearings and observation analysis of security camera images, and created a mockup of the user interface for the flow line analysis service.

Case 3

Large-scale questionnaire design and implementation regarding career selection

We designed and conducted a large-scale questionnaire on career choices in literary science, commissioned by the Center for Growth Strategy Education and Research, National University of Y.

As a first step, we conducted interviews with university students and graduate students, and then conducted a large-scale questionnaire after a pre-questionnaire. Based on the results, we aggregated and analyzed the data, created a life journey map, etc., and cooperated with the project from hypothesis verification to consideration.

Case 3
